A bioethanol fireplace with gentle flame lights up both the living and formal dining spaces, the ambience is modern with a subtle statement of timeless moulding details. A powder room, AV room, open kitchen with casual dining area, enclosed kitchen with ensuite maid’s quarters is all located on ground floor. Flooring heating system is introduced for all areas with marble floors including foyer, living room and formal dining room. On the second floor, a family room, bar area, and 3 ensuite bedrooms are located. All bathrooms on the second floor also have a floor heating system. Though it is not commonly used, the floor heating is a well-received amenity by our client.
